Remember Me – A National Day of Remembrance (National Day of Truth & Reconciliation)

September 30, 2022

A national gathering to memorialize the children that never came home from school and support Indigenous children & families affected by the Indian Residential Schools and all Indigenous child apprehension programs.

8:30 AM – Eagle Feather Ceremony

9AM  -12PM – Remember Me programming, including guest speaker Autumn Peltier, Global Indigenous Water Activist and Chief Water Commissioner, Aniishnabek Nation. Autumn’s documentary ‘Water Walker’ will be live streamed after the Parliament Hill Ceremony (11:30 AM).
