Virtual Winter Markets With Our Members (November – December, 2020)

Want to support local this holiday season? Here are a few options from our Members:

 

1. Watson’s Mill Virtual Market This year, the Watson’s Mill team decided to continue their annual Christmas Market, but in a new way! Many of their favourite vendors have returned to offer their beautifully crafted works.

 

2. Goulbourn Museum’s Old-Fashioned Christmas & Virtual Holiday Market

Annually, Goulbourn Museum hosts an Old Fashioned Christmas & Artisan Market in November.            This year, their Virtual Old-Fashioned Christmas Market will take place from November 19th at 10am to 22nd at 5pm. They will be hosting 16 vendors selling anything from jams to soaps to pottery to candles.

 

3. The Centre for Indigenous Initiatives Second Annual Indigenous Winter Market

The Centre for Indigenous Initiatives team is committed to supporting Indigenous students at Carleton University by providing both academic and cultural programming. They are committed to increasing awareness about the knowledge traditions, cultures and worldviews of Indigenous peoples through the development and delivery of workshops, trainings, individual consultations and resources.

This year, some of the beautiful Indigenous crafts available are:
