The return of the autumn leaves in the capital brings the annual Fall Rhapsody shuttle service, with a new departure point from the ByWard Market.
The new stop — added by the National Capital Commission as part of Canada’s 150th anniversary — will link to Gatineau Park’s most popular destinations: Pink Lake, the Mackenzie King Estate, King Mountain and Champlain Lookout.
“The National Capital Commission’s free shuttle from the ByWard Market to Gatineau Park will provide a convenient and environmentally sustainable way for residents and visitors to discover the fall colours of Canada’s Capital conservation park,” said Dr. Mark Kristmanson, the NCC’s chief executive officer.
