Arnprior Family History Group hosts Susan Davis from 7-8:30 pm at Arnprior Public Library for presentation “Untangling a Parish Family to find a Family”. Searching for her Irish – Catholic roots she found the parish of Saint-Sylvestre, Quebec where both Irish and British born immigrants settled. She also discovered a secret society, a peace-making priest and members of the Dougherty, Gormley, Doran and Shorten families. Susan will unlock these mysteries for us.
