Tune-Up and Roll Out

May 20, 2018 - 10:00 - 11:30

Ages 15 and up

It’s cycling season again! Personal transportation was important in historical Gloucester Township too — there was just a lot more DIY involved! Get your bike tuned up and ready to roll out and learn the basics of bicycle repair with an instructor from Velofix. Celebrate the opening of our City in Motion exhibition, From Rivers to Roads, and check out one of our most unique artefacts: a homemade wooden bicycle (c.1898). Leave with a prepared box lunch and information for a self-guided bike tour themed around the Billings family and local history. Participants are responsible for bringing their own bicycle to the workshop.

Cost: $16 per person

Barcode: 1180093
