On August 19, 2017 at 1:00 pm, Dickinson House will host a “Pioneer Tea” , recalling old times in Manotick. Enjoy our heritage recipes, while sipping tea and listening to fiddle music. We hope you can join us for a nostalgic afternoon filled with old-fashioned ambiance. The cost is $20.00 per person; please reserve early as these popular teas fill up quickly. Dickinson House is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. To celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday, the special exhibit this season is a “Walk Through the Decades”. It is a fascinating look at how Manotick has evolved from 1867 to the 70’s. The House is decorated throughout with Period furniture. We cordially invite you to come and visit. Admission is free while donations toward the upkeep of the House are gratefully accepted.
