Heritage Ignite!

September 26, 2018 - 18:30 - 20:30

Local history experts will have just 5 minutes each to ignite your interest in Ottawa’s past.
Hear about the Great Sunday Streetcar Debate; an unusual governor general; the real story of D’Arcy McGee’s landlady, and more. Of course there’s a hockey story too; not to mention A Night Out in Lost Ottawa.

Our expert speakers this year include authors Dorothy Phillips, Jane Cooper, and Randy Boswell; blogger Chris Ryan; Forrest Pass from Ottawa Museums; Bytown Museum director Robin Etherington, and Lost Ottawa’s David McGee. Don’t miss this fun and fast-paced evening!

Presentations will be in English only, with an open discussion to follow. French questions are welcome.
