This program is the perfect fit for aspiring Indiana Joneses! Each Thursday in July we’ll get our hands dirty tackling a different theme with hands-on activities inspired by Canada’s first paleontologist, Elkanah Billings. Learn to dig for artefacts, identify mysterious objects, and practice techniques used by scientists every day in their work.

Ages 6 to 9
Cost: $6.50 per child

July 5 – Paleontology: Fossil Dig
What techniques are used to excavate fossils? What kinds of discoveries have paleontologists like Elkanah Billings made?
