New Edinburgh Community Alliance (NECA) is involved in many areas of community life, from publishing the New Edinburgh News and dealing with heritage and development issues, to traffic calming and park and environmental stewardship. There are plenty of opportunities – large and small – to become more engaged in what makes our community such a great place to live.
