Arts Network Ottawa is recruiting members for its 2019 – 2020 Board of Directors and seeks passionate artists, community and business leaders to help us shape the cultural landscape of Ottawa.
Arts Network Ottawa’s mission is to connect, champion and collaborate to bring together resources that build a thriving Ottawa arts community.
This opportunity suits strategic thinkers, networkers and community builders who have a keen interest in visual, literary and/or performing arts or arts and culture in general.
For Directors, previous board experience is preferred but not essential. For our Executive, as one of the larger arts organizations in the city our Executive committee seeks experienced community leaders interested in furthering their commitment to the community with a leading community service organization. Characteristics and qualities of our ideal new members include integrity, positivity, respect, influence with an ability to win others over. Volunteer time commitment for Directors would be a maximum of six hours per month.
