2018-19 Heritage Organization Development Grant (HODG) application now available

The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport is pleased to announce that the 2018-19 Heritage Organization Development Grant (HODG)application is now available on Grants Ontario.

The deadline to apply is 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, through Grants Ontario.

All applicants must read the attached Program and Application Guidelines for the 2018-19 Heritage Organization Development Grant (HODG) grant.  These guidelines outline the steps to apply for the grants and identify the mandatory documents that must accompany your Grants Ontario application.

To access the HODG application, log into Grants Ontario. 

Your completed HODG application must include the following five mandatory documents below:

  1. Registered Returns:
  2. Registered Charity Information Returns (T3010); or
  3. Letter of “Good Standing” from the Ontario Historical Society, or
  4. NPO Information Return (form T1044)
  5. Community Engagement Activities
  6. Annual General Meeting AGM Minutes
  7. Financial Report
  8. Revenue and Expenses Form 2017-18 to be completed – Template is attached

Upon completion please submit your application with all mandatory documents through Grants Ontario.
